Exemplar IT Solutions may send SMS/MMS messages to clients and prospective clients for the purposes of providing technical troubleshooting support, scheduling meetings and installations, providing project management updates, and providing user-requested information about service offerings and availability.

Exemplar IT Solutions may collect personal information such as first and last name, physical address, email address, title, and phone number from both existing clients and prospective clients. This information may be obtained directly from the individual via phone, email, or in-person.

Exemplar IT Solutions does not sell, rent, or trade user’s information to others without prior consent or a legal obligation.

 

SMS Opt-Out 

If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with either “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.
